Returns Policy
We operate a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request and send back a return to the Netherlands. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: undamaged and in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs, and the arrival of the package, are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@lizzloves.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the package and where to send it. It is mandatory to provide a track & trace code after registering your return. Returns sent without prior authorization or missing tracking information cannot be accepted or processed.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can assess the problem and resolve it promptly. This also applies if you receive the wrong item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
