Our standard shipping time is between 7 and 14 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the time of the year. During peak periods such as holidays, slight delays may occur.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, we immediately begin processing it to ensure it is shipped as soon as possible. We process your order within 24 hours, and make it ready for shipping.

Shipping Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once your order is processed and ready for shipping, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number so you can track your package.

Order Cancellation or Changes

Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations or changes to your order due to the high volume of orders. Please check before placing the order (and perhaps double-check):

  • The size of each product in your order
  • The quantities of each product
  • Your address, to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or item, you can place a new order and return the original order to us for a refund. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
